
Del proudly served his country with the US Navy during WWII and was a 37 year employee with Reynolds Metals.
He was preceded in death by his wife Lucille; brother Gene; and sister Patricia.
Surviving are his children, Raymond Julie Larabee of Grand Rapids, Michael Kris Larabee of Jenison, Linda Charlie Dykstra of Belmont, and Laura Mark Reffitt of Belding; fourteen grandchildren; brother Kenneth Larabee of Florida; and many nieces and nephews.
The funeral service will be held on Friday at 11 a.m. at the Cook Memorial Chapel 4235 Prairie SW - east building with Rev. Wesley Dupin officiating.
Interment will be in Chapel Hill Memorial Gardens.
Relatives and friends may meet his family Thursday from 7 to 9 p.m. at the Cook Funeral Home west building and on Friday from 10 a.m. until the time of the service.
Contributions in memory of Del may be made to the Grand Rapids Home for Veterans Activities Fund or the American Heart Association.
