BLAZE EVANS - Amy Helen Evans Blaze, age 32, passed away April 5, 2009. She will be deeply missed by her daughter, Edie; mother, Nancy Evans; father, Bruce Evans; brother and sister-in-law, Ben and Kristen Evans; seven aunts and uncles, many cousins.
A memorial service will be held Monday, 1 p.m. at Kentwood Community Church, 1200 60th SE, Grand Rapids, MI 49508.
