Andrew Adam DeKraker

He will be greatly missed by his parents William and Donna; three sisters, Lisa Steve Kuieck, Sara, and Anna; his grandparents, Thelma DeKraker, Andrew and Char Ponstein; great grandmother Dorothy Veltema; many aunts, uncles, cousins and all the special friends who have helped care for Andrew.

Funeral service will be held Thursday 1 p.m. at the Cook Memorial Chapel east building, 4235 Prairie St. SW, Grandville. Interment Grandville Cemetery. Relatives and friends may meet the family at the Cook Funeral Home west building, Wednesday 2 to 4 and 7 to 9 p.m. If you are unable to attend the visitation or service please sign the family's Memory Book at www.cookfuneralhome.com.
