Angeline Kamphuis

Kamphuis a?" Angeline (Hassevoort), 86, passed into eternal life with her Lord and Savior on Saturday, 7-7-12. Angeline was preceded in death by Henry, her dear husband of 67 years. She devoted her life to her Lord and her family, and was lovingly known for the homemade cookies, pies, and welcome she kept ready for anyone who stopped by.

Ann will be missed by her children - Phyllis King, Roger Kamphuis, Beverly (Jim) Langerak, Don (Mary) Kamphuis, John (Sally) Kamphuis, Robert Kamphuis, Dan Kamphuis, Tom (Irene) Kamphuis; 31 grandchildren; 53 great grandchildren; 1 great-great grandchild; Brothers - Harv (Lil), Marv (Toots), Elmer (Arlene), Ron (Wanda), Gord (Marian) Hassevoort; Sisters: Gladys Kooiker, Shirley (Mike) Bleeker; Sister-in-law Hazel Blauwkamp; many nieces and nephews.

Visitation will be Wednesday, 6-9 PM at Cook Funeral Home (east building), 4235 Prairie SW, Grandville. Funeral services will be Thursday, 11AM at Hope Protestant Reformed Church, 1580 Ferndale SW, Walker, with Prof. H. Hanko officiating. Internment at Riverbend Cemetery. Those desiring to make memorials are encouraged to consider Hope Protestant Reformed Christian School or Faith Hospice at Trillium Woods, who had provided loving care for Ann's husband Henry.
