Ann M. Vanden Berg

Ann M. (Deal) Vanden Berg, age 74, went to be with her Lord and Savior Saturday, February 18, 2017. She was born in Allegan, Michigan on February 27, 1942 the daughter of Albert and Phyllis (Linsley) Deal.

She is survived by her husband of 51 years, Thomas; her children Amy (Malcolm) Lomer, David (Anita) Vanden Berg, Jason (Tara) Vanden Berg, and Jennifer (Mark) Hagemann; her grandchildren Lily, Callum, Ashley, Jessica, Paula (John), Travis (Ashley), Alyssa, Mallory and Avery; her great-grandchildren Emma, Bryleigh, Brayden, Brooklyn; her sisters Emily Dood and Martha (James) Butler; sister-in-law Carole Vanden Berg and brother-in-law Clifford (Lynn) Vanden Berg along with several nieces, nephews and extended relatives.

Memorial services for Ann will be held 11 a.m., Thursday, March 2, 2017 at Park Congregational Church - 10 E. Park Place NE, Grand Rapids, Michigan. A private family committal will take place at a later date. Ann’s family will meet with friends and relatives from 10 a.m. until the time of services Thursday at the church.

Ann’s family would like to profoundly thank the caring and compassionate staff at Providence Healthcare in Zeeland, Michigan who provided excellent and dedicated care to Ann, as well as the attention her family received during the past six months.
