She is survived by her children, Ronald (Barbara) Velthouse, Sheryl (Daniel) Flack, Barb (Mark) Kadzban, Sandy (Steven) Biziorek; grandchildren, Brandon, Becky, Nathan Velthouse, Scott, Eric (Amanda), Jessica (fiancAC. Tom Hoekstra) Flack, Bryan Kadzban, Laura (Matthew) Pridgeon, Andy (Samantha) Kadzban, Adam Kadzban; sister-in-law Joanne Scholten and brother-in-law William Velthouse.

Funeral service will be held 2 pm Wednesday at Olivet Reformed Church. The family will receive relatives and friends Tuesday 2 pm to 4 pm and 6 pm to 8 pm at the Cook Funeral Home, 4235 Prairie St. SW (west building).
