BLOK - Mr. Anthony Christopher Blok, age 27, passed away unexpectedly Sunday, April 27, 2008. He will be deeply missed by his wife, Sara; daughters, Annabell and Ariel; parents, Eric and Connie Blok; Randy and Gloria Rauch; brother and sister, Carter Blok, and Amber Blok Holtz; aunts, uncles, and cousins.
Funeral service will be held Thursday, 2:30 p.m. at the Cook Memorial Chapel east building, 4235 Prairie SW, with Rev. Kenneth McGee officiating. Interment will be at Grandville Chapel.
A visitation time will held from 1:30 p.m. until the time of his service at the funeral home.
