

A beloved wife, mom and grandma, Arlene touched lives with kindness, concern and a charming wit. Arlene's legacy can be found in following her Christian example which set great patterns for others. She graduated from GR Christian High in 1941 and was a member of Calvary Reformed Church for many years.
Arlene is survived by daughter Linda (Daniel) Dykert, son Philip (Diane) Hanson, and grandchildren Jason (Ashley) Dykert, Nicholas (Danielle) Dykert, Kara Dykert, Stephanie Dykert, Jonathan Dykert, Rachel Hanson (fiancAC. Gerry VanderStel), Molly Hanson and Lainah Hanson.
Relatives and friends may greet the family from 7-9:30 pm on Friday October 25, 2013 at Cook Funeral Home (4235 Prairie SW, Grandville -West building). Arlene's life and passing will be remembered at 11 a.m. on Saturday, October 26, 2013 in service at First Reformed of Grandville (3060 Wilson Ave. SW) with Rev. James DeWitt officiating.
