Art was really a great guy. He loved his sports especially golf. We golfed several times. He always had a good tip for me. We sat around the fire pit many times conversing and laughing in my backyard. He was like family and will be missed.

Art WILL be missed in our golf group. One of my favorite memories was on a golf weekend getaway. Art was a designated driver for a carload of women. Art was there for people! Super dog sitter! Also, many times Art
Would surprise us with his clever wit out of nowhere. Art was so strong
During this difficult time and never complained. God Bless him!

Art was one of my best friends! There are so many fun memories: baseball games,
golfing, bowling, riding bikes, or walking dogs. Art loved flowers and plants. His
presence is felt all around my yard from all the plants he put in. I tried to get Art to eat healthy! He had Arts Way which was to add vanilla ice cream to oatmeal and smoothies. Most of all I will miss all our daily phone calls! I could discuss everything with him, Art always remained calm and logical.
Art was courageous in his struggle with ALS, his only complaint was not golfing!
Life just won’t be the same without you!
Love and Blessings♥️😇🏌🏼

Art was a wonderful person, a great golf friend who enjoyed being out on the links, especially his time at Great Oaks CC. He enjoyed his every day, being with friends and with family. Rest in peace, dear Art.

Art was a good friend of mine from our singles group. My last memory of Art was at my house getting ready for a boat ride. Before we even left, he ended up fishing Carmen out of the lake. Then was nice enough to take her home while we continued to party. No, alcohol was not involved. 😄 RIP Art. You will be missed. ❤

To my Dear friend Art~
He was one of my moms best friends! We all golfed, had family gatherings and ate well.
I Always bought him beer for his Birthday and Christmas. How he loved his beer!
He was my texting buddy! Almost everyday I would text how he was doing or he texted how I was doing! We would text sports( golf, Big 10,March madness & anything that had to do with MSU)weather and whatever came to mind. The picture attached was from 2016, when I fit him for a pair of his favorite glasses that he still wore. I will miss getting his texts and most of all having him being part of our family get togethers! Until we meet again my friend and enjoy Coco Chanel.💚😇
