Barbara Kay Devries

She was preceded in death by her parents, Joseph and Irma Grinwis, and her granddaughters, Brooke and Jessica.

She will be deeply missed by her loving husband of 44 years Donald; her sons, Barton Beth DeVries, Brad Catherine DeVries and Boyd DeVries; nine wonderful grandchildren, Alyssa, Aaron, Daniel, Rebekah, Bryce, Breia, Brent, Emma and Audrey; her brother Donald Betty Grinwis of Midland and many nieces, and nephews and friends.

Barbara gave her family a priceless gift.

She taught us how to truly love.

The funeral service will be held at 11 a.m. on Wednesday, April 27th from the Cook Memorial Chapel east building 4235 Prairie St SW in Grandville.

Interment will be in Rosedale Memorial Park.

Relatives and friends may meet Barbara’s family on Monday from 7 to 9 p.m. and Tuesday from 2 to 4 and 7 to 9 p.m. at the Cook Funeral Home west building.

Contributions in memory of Barbara may be made to the American Cancer Society or Zion Reformed Church.
