Barb and I were co-workers at Comerica Bank's 4Mile/Alpine Office. Our friendship started out a bit shaky but we grew to be good friends. Once I made this Raspberry Ribbon Pie dessert for her birthday at the bank and for every birthday after that time she requested me to make it for her. As a surprise, one time after she left our branch, I made it and took it to her at the bowling alley after work. Barb sometimes acted like a toughy but she really was a softie deep down inside.

I did not know Barbara but John and Arlene are good friends of mine. I know she was a wonderful daughter and they loved her very much.May God bless her family as they adjust to life without her.
