Betty M. Buhrer

BUHRER - Betty M. Buhrer, age 82, went to be with her Lord and Savior, Friday, July 2, 2010. She was preceded in death by her brothers, Harold and James Zylstra. Betty will be lovingly remembered by her husband of 61 years, Garland Buhrer; her sons, Mark Leslie Buhrer, Scott Lisa Ives Buhrer; her grandchildren, Jesse Ceci Buhrer, Colleen Bill Hammelman; her great grandsons, Diego and Sebastian Buhrer; her siblings, John Betty Zylstra, Marjorie Raymond Ryzenga, Glen Bonnie Zylstra; and her sister-in-laws, Joyce Piersma and Sally Harold Michael. Visitation will be held 2 to 4 and 7 to 9 p.m. Monday at the Cook Funeral Home in Grandville, 4235 Prairie St. SW. Funeral service will be held 12 p.m. Tuesday at the Cook Memorial Chapel east building. Rev. John Kaufield will be officiating. Interment will be at Georgetown Cemetery.
