She was preceded in death by her husband, Gerald DeFreese; sons Gerald DeFreese Jr. and Bruce DeFreese; parents Louie and Hazel Walker; and brother, Michael Walker.
Beverly will be lovingly missed by her children Roberta “Bobbie” DeFreese, David (Sue) Meyers, James “Dean” (Michelle) DeFreese, and Joan DeFreese; many grandchildren and great-grandchildren; brother Denny (Judy) Walker; sister Kay Kendall; and many nieces, nephews and friends.
A Memorial Celebration of Life Service will be held at 11 a.m. on Saturday, November 25, 2017 at Cook Memorial Chapel (East building), 4235 Prairie, S.W., Grandville, MI 49418. Interment will be at Grandville Cemetery.
In honor of Beverly and in lieu of flowers, contributions may be made to the National Multiple Sclerosis Society-Michigan Chapter.
