Bob Kayser

KAYSER - Mr. Robert Richard Kayser, aged 79, passed away Friday, February 20, 2009. He was preceded in death by his parents, Richard and Velma Streeter Kayser. Surviving are his wife of 57 years, Georgianne Creamer Kayser; children, Roberta Kayser, David and Karen Kayser, Elizabeth Kayser-Burns and Laird Burns, Jane Kayser-Alexander and Gordon Alexander; 9 grandchildren; 2 great grandchildren; sisters and brother, Phyllis Richard Crooks, Marianne Bentz, and Douglas Kayser.

Bob proudly served in the United States Army during the Korean War. He graduated from Ottawa Hills High School and Manchester College, and worked as a cost estimator in various industries. He was a long-time member of Sunset Park Church of God. Bob was a loving husband, father, grandfather, great-grandfather, and friend and will be greatly missed by his family and friends.

His family will receive visitors Monday, February 23, from 2-4 and 7-9 p.m. at the Cook Funeral Home west building, 4235 Prairie SW, Grandville.
