Carl Roger Gabbert

GABBERT - Carl Roger Gabbert, age 81, of Grand Rapids, passed away Wednesday October 12, 2005.

He is survived by his children; Roger Charlene Gabbert, Cheryl Wayne Bignall, Deborah Andy Wright, Cynthia Bob Borchers, Scottt Gabbert; 15 grandchildren, 13 great grandchildren and 2 nieces.

Carl served in the 3rd Army Division during World War II. He was member of the Disabled American Veterans, the American Legion Post #208.

Carl retired from Rowe International in 1985 after 33 years.

Funeral service will be held 7 p.m. Friday at the Cook Memorial Chapel east building 4235 Prairie St. SW.

The family will receive relatives and friends Friday 6 p.m. to 6:45 p.m. at the Cook Memorial Chapel.
