Carl Miedema

He was preceded in death by his first wife Phyllis.

He will be sadly missed by his wife Irene; his children, Jerry Terri Miedema, Ron Barb Miedema, and Diane Larry Send; his step children, Sue Brian Vander Kolk, Marv Cindy Israels, and Kathy Jack Hall; and his several grandchildren and great grandchildren.

Funeral service will be held 11 a.m. Thursday at Ideal Park Christian Reformed Church 320 - 56th SW with Rev. John M. Hofman officiating.

Interment will be at Winchester Cemetery.

The family will meet with relatives and friends on Wednesday from 2 to 4 and 7 to 9 p.m. at the Cook Funeral Home, Byron Center 2067 - 84th SW.

In lieu of flowers, the family requests memorial contributions may be made to Hospice of Michigan.
