He was featured in the Herald, for appreciation of his work ethics and sales ability. Sonny and Joan had multiple businesses over the years together: Texaco Gas Station, Corner Inn Bar (both in GR, MI), Carmelo’s Café, and Wheeler Dealer Lumber and Antiques, both in Irons, Michigan.
He was proud to serve with the National Guard, Grayling post, Grayling, MI. One of his many duties was being a cook.
People who knew Sonny, would also say he was not just a collector of Wheeler Dealer merchandise, but also of people. No matter where we would go someone knew him. He never was without a friend. Please join us in celebration of a life well lived.
