Charles proudly served in the US Army in Vietnam and achieved the rank of Captain and was a recipient of a Bronze Medal and Purple Heart.
He was preceded in death by parents Marilyn A. (Halas) and Raymond Foss. He is survived by his sister, Phyllis Scholten; brother, Gerard Foss; and two special friends Eloise Siekirk and Vicky Lara.
Burial and Military Honors will be held at 12 pm on January 7, 2020 at Fort Custer National Cemetery, Battle Creek, MI.
