Surviving are his wife of 45 years Patsy; children, Pam and Jim Brower, Cheryl Griffin, Rick DeLaat, and Merrie and Jared Herron; grandchildren, Jason and Dawn Brower, Stephanie Griffin, and Makayla DeLaat; special friends, Tom and Linda Rose and their children Bret and Paige.

The funeral service will be held Saturday at 10 a.m. at his church, Eighth Reformed/Open Hearts Community Church 841 Burton SW with Pastor Bert Jara officiating.

Interment will be in Grandville Cemetery.

Relatives and friends may meet Cornie’s family Friday from 2 to 4 and 7 to 9 p.m. at the Cook Funeral Home, Grandville 4235 Prairie SW - west building.

Contributions in memory of Cornie may be made to Open Hearts Community Church.
