He was preceded in death by his son James "JD" Wolters.

He is survived by his children Ruth Bentley, Michael Sharon Wolters, David Wolters and Deborah Greg Bustraan; many grandchildren; several great grandchildren; his brother Lloyd Wolters; sisters, Ann Fredrickson, June Abe VanHoven, and Mary Wolters.

The family will receive relatives and friends Thursday 2 to 4 p.m. and 7 to 9 p.m. at the Cook Funeral Home, Grandville, west building, 4235 Prairie St. SW Grandville.
