He will be sadly missed by his parents, Peter and Jennifer Burgess; his grandparents, Dan and Cathy Burgess, Rhoda and David Banta, Dan and Marianne Webster; and many aunts, uncles, and cousins.
A memorial service will be held 1 p.m. Monday at the Cook Memorial Chapel 4235 Prairie St SW - east building.
A time of visitation is available one hour prior to the memorial service.
Memorial contributions may be made to the Juvenile Diabetes Association.
