Daniel Forrest Hess

HESS - Daniel Forrest Hess, age 68 of Gowen, passed away peacefully on Sunday, May 20, 2001. He was preceded in death by his son Michael Daniel Hess. He is survived by his wife of 48 years Geraldine; his children, Sherry Joe Richards, Michelle Hess Blouw, Dawn Hess; granddaughters, Kelli and Jamie Blouw; brother Gerald Hess; sisters, Donna Bill Lukaart, Waneta Don Meyers; and many nieces and nephews. The funeral service will be held 11 a.m. Wednesday at the Cook Memorial Chapel east building 4235 Prairie St. SW, with Pastor Larry Doornbos officiating. The family will meet with relatives and friends 2 to 4 and 7 to 9 p.m. Tuesday at Cook Funeral Home west building Grandville. Memorial contributions may be made to the Emphysema Foundation or ALS Lou Gehrig's Association.
