Dan was born January 23, 1983 in Grand Rapids, Michigan the son of Dennis Weston and Lynda (Wood) Weston.
He is survived by his children Davian, Connor and Skylar Weston; his parents Dennis (Julie) Weston and Lynda Weston; two brothers Christopher Weston and Thomas Phelps; grandparents Daniel (Pat) Weston, Janet Weston, William Wood and Fran Wood; along with many aunts, uncles, cousins and extended relatives.
Memorial services and interment for Dan will be held at a later date.
