He is survived by his daughters, Cory Jo and Mandy Lee Martin; his parents, Gordon and Jo Martin; sisters, Coni Mick Aldridge, Sue Don Crawford, Pam Herm Schiebout, Tracy Randy Zomerlei; grandmother Edna Martin; and many aunts, uncles, cousins, nieces, nephews and special friends.

Funeral Services will be held 11 a.m. Friday at Wilson Ave. Wesleyan Community Church 5440 Wilson Ave. SW, Grandville with Rev. Jeff Schmidt officiating.

The family will meet with relatives and friends 7 to 9 p.m. Thursday at Cook Funeral Home, Byron Center 2067 84th St..

Memorial contributions may be made to Hospice of Michigan.
