David Roelofs

David Roelofs, age 56, of Grandville, passed away unexpectedly on Wednesday, July 11, 2012. He was preceded in death by his father, Harold Roelofs and a brother, Ron Roelofs. He is survived by his mother, Marian Roelofs of Grandville; sister, Patty (Mal) Williams of Grandville; brothers, Terry (Pat) Roelofs of Newaygo, Larry (Mary) Roelofs of Grandville, Gary (Peg) Roelofs of Grandville; many nieces nephews, uncles, aunts and cousins.

David was a quiet guy, but once you got to know him he was the "chief debator,a?? but he was a gentle, loyal friend. He loved the outdoors, boating, fishing, hunting and camping. For the last couple of years his passion was his Harley.

A time for visitation will be held from 5 to 8 PM Sunday at Cook Funeral Home in Grandville, 4235 Prairie St. SW (west building). Funeral services will be held 11 AM Monday at Cook Memorial Chapel (east building). Pastor David M. Solomon will be officiating. Interment will be at Georgetown Cemetery.
