Donald R. Ballard

Pastor Don will be remembered as a hard worker serving faithfully as a minister of the Gospel of Jesus Christ for over 25 years.

During those years he worked with four mission churches, and enjoyed most, leading others to faith in Christ.

Don was a loving husband and will be deeply missed by his wife of 46 years Rosanne; children, Arlene and David Campbell of Jenison, Mark and Sharon Ballard of Council Bluffs, IA, and Steven and Gloria Ballard of San Antonio, TX; grandchildren, Jessica and Michael DeMinck, Jonathan and Joseph Campbell, Tyler, Tiffany, Taylor, and Tanae Ballard, and Andrea and Gabrielle Ballard.

Funeral services will be held Monday at 11 a.m. at Calvary Baptist Church, 1200 28th Street SE, with Rev. Douglas Beason officiating.

Interment services will be at Georgetown Township Cemetery.

Relatives and friends may meet Don’s family Sunday from 2 to 4 p.m. at the Cook Funeral Home west building 4235 Prairie SW.
