Donald Max TerBeek

Donald Max TerBeek, age 85, went to be with his Lord, Saturday, June 24, 2017. Don was a wonderful husband, father, grandfather, and great-grandfather, he will be deeply missed. His loving wife, Grace TerBeek (Lyon), died in 2014, and Don has looked forward to seeing her again, in Heaven, ever since.

Don will be lovingly remembered by his children, Barbara and Nick VanderVeen, Donna and Jonathan Stellema, Douglas and Rachel TerBeek, Sally and Michael Polavin, Ruth and John Scott, David and Renee TerBeek; his 29 grandchildren; and 64 great-grandchildren.

Don was the owner of TerBeek & Scott Electric for 40 years. He was an avid reader, world traveler, and had a great sense of humor. Don was dedicated to serving the Lord, using his gifts and talents on numerous mission trips throughout the world. He leaves a godly legacy of generosity and faithfulness.

Don’s family will welcome guests from 5 to 8 PM Wednesday, June 28, at Cook Funeral Home in Grandville, 4235 Prairie St. SW (East building). Funeral services will be held 1 PM Thursday, June 29, at Cook Memorial Chapel (East building), with visitation prior to the service, beginning at noon. Interment will be at Grandville Cemetery.
