Dorean Kay Male

Dorean Kay Male, age 65, went to be with her Lord on Wednesday, April 21, 2026. Dorean was preceded in death by her brother, Curtis Male (Wendy Male), and parents Leslie and Kay Male. She will be remembered by her siblings Carl Male (Shelly Male), Cris Male (Julie Male), and Cindy Campbell (Steve Campbell); and many nieces, nephews, and friends.

She was a woman who lived life on her own terms—independent, hardworking, and unafraid to embrace whatever came her way. Whether she was tackling challenges head-on or enjoying the simple pleasures of a day at home, she carried herself with determination and grace.

Her happiest moments were often spent at the cottage, where time seemed to slow and laughter came easily. It was there, surrounded by nature and the people she loved most, that her spirit truly shined. She cherished every opportunity to be with her great-nieces and -nephews, creating memories filled with joy, playfulness, and unconditional love.

A devoted animal lover, she had a special place in her heart for her cats, who were not just pets, but family.

Above all else, she was deeply rooted in her love for family. She showed up, gave generously, and reminded those around her what it means to care wholeheartedly. Her strength, kindness, and fearless approach to life will continue to inspire all who knew her.

She will be deeply missed and forever remembered by her family, friends, and all whose lives she touched.
