She will be lovingly remembered by her children Tara (Jack) Meeuwenberg, Ross Ten Elshof, Shon Ten Elshof, John (Janet) Ten Elshof; seven grandchildren; two great-grandchildren; and her brother, John (Pam) DeKok.
Doris spent many years serving families as an after-care specialist for Cook Funeral Home. Her kind and sweet demeanor was appreciated by all who knew her.
A time for relatives and friends to visit with her family will be held from 6 - 8 PM Monday, September 10, 2018 at Cook Funeral Home (West building), 4235 Prairie St. SW, Grandville. Memorial services will be held 11 AM Tuesday, September 11 at Cook Memorial Chapel (East building) with visitation one hour prior to the service. Rev. Rick Kiekintveld will officiate.
