Sorry for your loss. Loosing someone you love is very difficult for family members. It is through the privilege of prayer that we can experience God's love and comfort in the most intimate way. May you find comfort through prayer, to "the God and Father of our Lord Jesus Christ, the Father of tender mercies and the God of all comfort, who comforts us in all our trials. (2 Corinthians 1:3, 4).

Doris was a wonderful woman. She welcomed me like one of her own grandchildren, I remember all the times we went swimming as kids and her hugs were so big! What I remember the most was that big smile she always had whenever I was there. Lord, I pray for the Teunissen family. Their hearts are hurting for the loss of Doris-we mourn her earthly body but rejoice in her heavenly body restored and new. Give comfort and peace to this family,Amen

I have a fond memory of Doris.Growing up with all of you,and your parents brings back some good memory's.May she rest in peace.

The Teunissen home was like a second home to me when I was growing up, and Mrs. Teunissen was like a second mother. After Judy moved away it was so nice to meet at her Mom's house when she came to town to visit. I'm going to miss those times together with Doris, but am so happy that she and Corney have finally had their much awaited reunion in Heaven. My deepest sympathy to Anthony, Judy, Bonnie and Connie and their families.

So sorry for your loss. I spent a good deal of my tween years at your house and out on the Grand River property. I even got to go to Florida in a camper during the summer and eat at the Waffle House for the first, second, and third time in my life. I know she will be dearly missed. Prayers for comfort.
