Dwight was a good friend during our years together at Ames Division, Miles Laboratories in Elkhart, Indiana. Our common interest was based on being Christians. We often took long walks on city streets during lunch times, sharing and talking about work or our lives. He was a great Christian who lived a life that reflected those values and beliefs.

I have many fond memories of Dee's warmth and sense of humor,
beginning when I  went with his cousin, Roger, to family gatherings when I was still in my teens. 
My family enjoyed good times with him, Patsy, Mark and Kim when
we all lived in Elkhart, Indiana.  Dee will be remembered with
love and affection by all of us.  Sending our deepest sympathy to 
Patsy, Kim, Mark and the grandchildren.

Patsy, I would like to extend my sympathy on the home going of Dwight. I had the privilege of working at Jenison HS along with Dwight and also knew you both at Calvary Baptist Church in Grand Rapids. Dwight had an amazing gift of relating to all types of students. He certainly had their respect because of how he lived before them. 

My heart goes out to you, Patsy, and family. What a great guy Dee was. I always enjoyed seeing him at family events and reunions. There was something very reassuring about him, that all was right with the world. Yes, the memories go back pretty far. I remember when he first brought Pat to family gatherings - and you seemed like such a great match and good team.  I know our dad really loved him, too. Heartfelt condolences, as we say good-bye to our dear cousin.

Dear Patsy, Kim and Mark, Gary, Jane and  family members, 
We are so sorry to hear of your loss of D.  He was such a good guy. I have many fond memories of D at the 4th of July reunions when we were kids.  He always had such a good sense of humor and ready smile. I remember when he and Patsy we're getting married and he asked me to pour punch at the wedding. I was quite young  at the time and felt pretty special that they had asked me to do that.

I had the privilege to work with Dwight at Jenison High School. He was an excellent educator with a big heart for kids. I will always remember him for his quick wit and huge smile. Dwight was my friend, one that I will always appreciate. 💜

I am so sad about this, but rejoicing he is in heaven. Patsy and Dee were always so loving and good to me through the years at our annual family reunion. I would see them every year since my birth. I am older now and hold all these memories of their love and cheerfulness fondly! God bless and be with you Patsy!💖

I worked with Dwight at JENISON High School. He was an incredible educator who had a huge heart for kids who were struggling. The young lives he influenced are immeasurable but everlasting. Thank you for your positivity and support. Well done, my friend. Rest In Peace.

Dwight worked so well with the JPS students.  He would come to our Hockey Games and everyone loved to see him there supporting.  Our Prayers are with you all 🙏🏻🙏🏻❤️     

I am trying to jog my memory......the name is so familiar to me.  I did attend Jenison High in the early 70's, but I don't think that is where I knew  him from.  I am thinking it was at Baldwin Hts. Baptist church?  I am recognizing other family names and even some of the pictures look familiar.  I lived out of state for 24 years so I am pretty out of touch.  Anyways, even if I didn't know Dwight, I would like to express my condolences and sympathies.  I am remembering you all in my prayers during this difficult time.

We are so sorry to hear about Dee’s passing. Our sympathy and love goes out to Pat, Mark and Kim, Gary and their families. Dee was our Dad, Bob Gosling’s, first cousin. He always had such a witty humor, and always loved teasing us younger cousins. He loved his family.  I remember attending his and Pat’s wedding and thought it was so beautiful! I was probably 5 or 6?
