Elora Joyce Bolhuis

BOLHUIS Elora Joyce Bolhuis, age 83, of Hudsonville, went home to be with her Lord Tuesday, July 26, 2011. Elora was born May 27, 1928 to Edward and Johanna (Terpstra) Glass. She was preceded in death by her husband, Gerrit Bolhuis; son, Robert Bolhuis; daughter-in-law, Kay (Bolhuis) Hoezee. Surviving are her children, Sandra and Ric Kooienga, Arlyn and Linda Bolhuis, Randy and Lori Bolhuis, and Jodi and Rich Thiemkey; 17 grandchildren; 22 great grandchildren; sisters, Bertha Diekema, Phyllis Grassmid, and Shirley (Arthur) Kraai; sisters-in-law and brother-in-law, Cornelia Vruggink, John Bolhuis, Harold Bolhuis, Eloise Bolhuis.

Funeral services will be held Friday, 11 AM at Grace Community Church, 3500 New Holland Rd., Hudsonville, with Pastor Steve Krogh officiating. Interment will be at Blendon Cemetery. Relatives and friends may meet Elora's family Thursday from 5-8 PM at the Cook Funeral Home (east building), 4235 Prairie SW, Grandville and from 10 AM until the time of her service at church.
