
She was preceded in death by her grandson George J. Weykamp.
She is survived by her husband George; daughter Nancy Ben Weykamp; son James S. Catherine Brady; 4 grandchildren, John B. Mary Weykamp, Monica R. Michael Sekulich, Michael G. Rebecca Brady, and Paul S. Brady; 9 great grandchildren; sister Mary Jane Priest; and many nieces and nephews.
Emily’s family wishes to thank the many staff members at Clark Retirement Community and especially those on Bristol who embraced her, cared for her, and loved her during this last long journey of her life.
Their caring Christian values made the journey easier for Emily and her family.
We also wish to thank Hospice of Holland Home for all their support, care, and love.
A Mass of Christian Burial will be celebrated at 11 a.m. Saturday at St. Pius X Catholic Church with Fr. George Darling presiding.
Interment will be at the Resurrection Cemetery.
The family will meet with relatives and friends on Friday from 7 to 9 p.m. at the Cook Funeral Home, Grandville 4235 Prairie St SW - west building and one hour prior to the service at the church.
A Rosary Service will be held at 8:30 p.m. on Friday at the funeral home.
In lieu of flowers the family requests memorial contributions in Emily’s name to Clark Retirement Community, Hospice of Holland Home, or St. Ann’s Home.
