Felipe Acevedo

Felipe Arispe Acevedo, 71 years old, went to be with his Lord and Savior September 26, 2022. He was preceded in death by his father, Baltazar Acevedo; and brother, Abelardo Acevedo. He will be lovingly missed by his wife of 38 years, Maria Carmen Acevedo; mother, Francisca Acevedo; two children Job Acevedo and Debora Elker; five grandchildren Lucas Acevedo, Arden Acevedo, Owen Acevedo, Isabella Elker, and Luca Elker; eight siblings Baltazar Acevedo, Berta Sosa, Diamantina Gonzales, Alicia Yturria, Vidal Acevedo, Martha Acevedo, Eva Hild, and Abelardo Acevedo; and many nieces, nephews, extended family, and friends. Visitation with Felipe's family and friends will be held from 1-4 p.m. Saturday, October 1, 2022 at Cook Memorial Chapel (East building), 4235 Prairie St. SW, Grandville. Family eulogies will take place at 3 p.m. In honor of Felipe Acevedo and in lieu of flowers, donations to his family to help cover expenses are appreciated during this difficult time.
