VANDER VELDE- Florence Harriet Watson Heuvelhorst Vander Velde, age 84, of Gowen, passed away Saturday, October 16, 2010. She was preceded in death by her husbands Robert Heuvelhorst and Frank Vander Velde and daughter Patricia Eikenhout and sister Fran Hamilton. She is survived by her children Diane Kelm of Wayland, Sandra Hank Haan of Byron Center, Robert Wendy Heuvelhorst of Comstock Park and Steven Bond of Gowen; 6 grandchildren, Kim, Kristen, Erin, Josh, Joey, Andrea and Kobe; six great grandchildren, Alexandria, Taylor, Gwen, Claire, Abi and Charlie; sister and brothers, Gloria Mitchell of Traverse City; Jim Alice Watson of Arizona, Frank Ora Watson of Kentwood, Richard Watson of Kentwood.

Funeral service will be held 2 p.m. Saturday at the Cook Funeral Home, Byron Center with Pastor Eric Coulon officiating.
