Forrest Koning

KONING – Forrest Koning, age 90, of Wyoming, went to be with his Lord and Savior on Tuesday, June 8, 2010. He will be lovingly remembered by his wife of 63 years, Dorothy Scott Koning; children, Nancy Morgan, Ron Koning, Kathy John Gascho, Rick Julie Koning, and Jimmy Koning; 13 grandchildren and many great grandchildren; and siblings, Orin Stella Koning and Jean Koning. Many have been touched by his servant heart.

The funeral service will be held 2 p.m. Friday at Faith Reformed Church, 618 – 32nd SW, Wyoming with Rev. Bruce Osbeck officiating. Interment will be at Rosedale Memorial Gardens. The family will meet with relatives and friends on Thursday from 2-4 and 6-8 p.m. at the Cook Funeral Home, 4235 Prairie SW, Grandville West Building.
