Gary Jacob Oosterink, age 80, passed away at home Sunday, March 20, 2022. He will be lovingly remembered by his wife of 56 years, Pat Oosterink and daughters Tami and Amy; having a very large family, he is also remembered by a number of relatives near and far.
Gary was born in Grandville, Michigan, and graduated Grandville Public Schools in the class of 1960. He proudly served our country in the Navy from 1960-1964. Gary was an avid gardener, an ice cream aficionado, and enjoyed RV-ing with Pat, especially in Texas. He worked in construction and loved making beautiful pieces of custom-made furniture for family and friends.
Per Gary’s wishes, cremation has taken place and no services will be held at this time. In honor of Gary and in lieu of flowers, contributions may be made to Faith Hospice.
