George Alan Otterbein

OTTERBEIN - George Alan Otterbein, age 59 of Hudsonville, passed away January 15, 2001, and went to be with his Lord. He was a member of Amvets for ten years and enjoyed spending time at his cabin up north with family and friends.

Mr. Otterbein was preceded in death by his father George Henry Otterbein and step-father Carlton Joseph Ansbaugh. George is survived by his wife of 15 years, Sandra; children, Pamela Jo Larry Rosenow of Wyoming, Richard Alan Otterbein of Grand Rapids, Jeanette Lynn Richard Dykgraaf of Dutton, Connie Sue Richard Jr. DeGraaf of Wyoming, Diane Kay Dan Newenhouse of Jamestown, Sabrina Marie Tom Van Wyk; ten grandchildren; mother Margaret Ida Ansbaugh of Hudsonville and many special friends.

Funeral service will be held Friday 11am form the Cook Memorial Chapel east building with Rev. Terry Genzink of Messiah Christian Reformed church officiating. The family will meet with relatives and friends Thursday 2 to 4 and 7 to 9 pm from the Cook Funeral Home-Grandville west building 4235 Prairie St. SW.
