Gerald R. Davenport

DAVENPORT - Mr. Gerald Royal Davenport, age 75, passed away Wednesday, February 6, 2008. Gerald was preceded in death by his son, Jerry Davenport. Surviving are his wife of 52 years, Shirley; children, Celeste Henry Rutledge, Julie Ray Larabee, Peggy Green, Erika Davenport, and Amy Dewane Dunklee; grandchildren, Raymond, Debbie Chad, Aaron, Jamie, Kristen, Amanda Ralph, Chad, Charlie, John, and Duane; sister and brother, Barbara Snyder, and Michael Sheila Davenport.

Funeral service will be held Monday, 2 p.m. at the Cook Memorial Chapel east building, 4235 Prairie SW, with Pastor Elmer Kooienga officiating. Relatives and friends may meet Gerald's family Sunday from 2-4 and 7-9 p.m. the Cook Funeral Home west building.
