ROEDE - Mrs. Gertrude Prince Roede, age 99 of Jenison, went to be with her Lord Wednesday, August 18, 1999. She is survived by her children, Don Judy Roede of Grandville and Martha Beute of Wyoming; daughter-in-law Gertrude Roede of Grand Rapids; seven grandchildren; 15 great grandchildren; and 11 great great grandchildren. Funeral service will be held 10 a.m. Saturday, August 21, 1999 from the Cook Funeral Home west building with Pastor Don Steenhoek officiating. Burial will be at Grandville Cemetery. The family will receive relatives and friends Friday 2 to 4 and 7 to 9 p.m. at Cook Funeral Home, 4235 Prairie SW, Grandville. Memorial contributions may be made to Back to God Hour.
