He went to join Lois, his wife of 60 years, in Heaven.
He is lovingly remembered by his children, Ted Susan, Jim, of Mexico, Alan, Susan Ron Meissner, of FL; 12 grandchildren; and 13 great grandchildren.
A family memorial service will be held 3 p.m. Saturday at Cook Funeral Home west building 4235 Prairie St. SW.
