She will be lovingly missed by her children Dave (Lori) Helmholdt, Randy (Cathy) Helmholdt, Jeff (Gail) Helmholdt; seven grandchildren; many great-grandchildren; sister-in-law, Marge DeWent; and many nieces, nephews, cousins, and friends.
Celebration of Helen’s life will be held 11 a.m. Saturday, September 6, 2025, with visitation beginning at 10 a.m., at Standale Reformed Church, 202 Cummings Ave. NW, Grand Rapids, Michigan 49534. In lieu of flowers and in honor of Helen, contributions may be made to The Other Way or Standale Reformed Church.
