Ira “Sonny” Smith Jr., age 68, went to be with his Lord, Tuesday, July 12, 2016.
Sonny was a remarkable brother, father and grandfather. He loved the outdoors, woodworking and automotive. He enjoyed visiting friends and family whenever he could. Sonny will be greatly missed.
A memorial service will be held at 11 a.m. Saturday, July 16, 2016 with visitation starting at 10 a.m. –Cascade Christian Church – 2829 Thornapple River Dr., Grand Rapids, MI. Pastor Jill Forton will be officiating.
In honor of Ira, contributions may be made to Mary Free Bed Rehabilitation Hospital.
