Irena Girschle, age 78, went to be with her Lord and Savior Wednesday, April 14, 2021. She was preceded in death by her siblings Paul, Peter, Dirk, Nellie, David Bloem; and grandson, Raymond Linscott. She will be lovingly missed by her husband of 53 years, John Girschle; and children Steven (Kathy) Girschle, Renee (Don) Linscott, Amy (Mike) Davis. She is also survived by grandchildren Brittnea (Peter) Topping; Zack, Bryce, Aubrey Girschle; Emily, Lillian, Paul Linscott; and Lucas and Blake Davis; great-granddaughter, Lilah Topping; siblings James, Ruth, Bert, Annie, George; and many nieces, nephews, and friends.
Visitation with Irena’s family and friends will be held from 2-4 p.m. Sunday, April 18, 2021 at Cook Funeral Home (West building), 4235 Prairie St. SW, Grandville 49418. Celebration of Life will be held at 1 p.m. Monday, April 19, 2021 with visitation one hour prior to service at Resurrection Life Church (Doors E & H), 5100 Ivanrest Ave. SW, Wyoming. Pastor Pat Binish will be officiating.
