Jacque Anna Clark went to be with her Lord and Savior on Mother’s Day, May 14, 2023, at the age of 78. Jacque is survived by her only child, Tracey (David) Beemer and her beloved grandchildren Amanda, Hannah, and Megan Beemer. She is also survived by her siblings Alex (Debbie) Wolfe and Eric (Patti) Wolfe. She maintained a friendly relationship with her former husband, Ed (Victoria) Clark and remained close to her former sisters- and brother-in-law Tana (Mike) Kura and Tara Clark.
Jacque was born to Alec and Ruth Wolfe on February 22, 1945 in Mississippi. Alec and Ruth had long careers with the Air Force, so as a child, she moved around the world before settling in Fairborn, Ohio. She was a graduate of The Ohio State University and relocated to Allen Park, Michigan where she was a teacher in the Taylor school district for 30 years. She worked part-time as a librarian at Patmos Library after relocating to Grandville in 2003 to be closer to her grandchildren.
Her grandchildren were the light of her life and she loved them fiercely. Sleepovers at Grandma’s were treasured memories for Amanda, Hannah, and Megan. She always spent quality time with each individually. Her favorite thing was to come to anything in which they were involved - sporting events, choir concerts, graduations, etc. She will be missed.
A Celebration of Life is being planned for family and close friends sometime in late June or July. The family welcomes memories and messages in their guestbook online at www.cookcaresgrandville.com.
