James Chester Van Van Dyke

VAN DYKE - James C. Van Dyke, age 80, went to be with his Lord, Sunday, August 21, 2005.

James was preceded in death by his parents Chester and Delta Van Dyke.

He is lovingly remembered by his wife of 58 years, Helen Van Dyke; his children Jim Roxann Van Dyke, Sharon Arneil De Witt, Dan Sue Van Dyke, Lin Tom Earhart, Harvey Shelly Van Dyke, Kevin Sandra Van Dyke; his 23 grandchildren; his 26 great grandchildren; his sister Ruth Cain; his brother-in-law John Wilma Huitema; and his sister-in-law Julia John Davis.

A time for relatives and friends to visit with James’ family will be held from 2-4 & 7-9 pm Tuesday at Cook Funeral Home, 4235 Prairie St. SWwest building.

Funeral services will be held at 11 am Wednesday, at Byron Center Bible Church, 8855 Byron Center Ave. SW. Dr. Richard Gregory will be officiating.
