
David enjoyed spending time with family, hunting, fishing, and listening to rhythm and blues. He also held the competitive diving record at Grandville High School for many years.
Mr. Warner was preceded in death by his wife Barbara; one brother Michael; and father-in-law Allen Groendyke. David is survived by his children, Cody James Allen, Casey Rae Elizabeth; parents, James and Sylvia Warner; mother-in-law Betty Groendyke; three sisters, Diane Jim Madsen, Sharon Kevin Wohlford, Deb Carl Rosekopf; also surviving are one brother-in-law Tom Diane Groendyke; two sisters-in-law, Chris Jim Wilson, Mamie Jerry Brott; many nieces and nephews;and his Boxer dog Tessa.
Funeral Services will be held Friday 11 a.m. at the Cook Memorial Chapel 4235 Prairie St. SW - east building, with Rev. Richard J. McCarrell and Rev. Leon Buck of Jenison Bible Church officiating. Interment Grandville Cemetery.
The family will meet with relatives and friends Thursday 2 to 4 and 7 to 9 p.m. from the Cook Funeral Home - Grandville west building.
Memorial contributions may be made to The American Cancer Society or Hospice of Michigan.
