She was preceded in death by her husband of 60 years, Harry A. Vander Laan.

She will be lovingly remembered by her children, Robert Sharon Vander Laan, Paul Barbara Vander Laan, and Donald MaryJo Vander Laan; 9 grandchildren, 7 great grandchildren and 6 great great grandchildren; sisters-in-law Betty Osterink, Frieda Osterink, and Senetta Osterink; and many nieces and nephews.

The funeral service will be held 2:30 p.m. Wednesday at Sunset Manor 725 Baldwin Dr – Jenison with Rev. Jeff Doll officiating. The family will meet with relatives and friends on Tuesday from 4 – 7 p.m. at the Cook Funeral Home – 4235 Prairie St. SW – Grandville West building and one hour prior to the service at Sunset Manor on Wednesday.
