Jeanette Bergakker

Jeanette was born in New Holland, South Dakota May 27, 1924 to Will and Dora Maas. She was preceded in death by her husband, Laurence A. Bergakker. She is survived by her children Shirlene (Gary) Meernik, Dennis (Faith) Bergakker, and Doug (Jeanne) Bergakker; grandchildren Lorene (Thad) Senti, Marcy (Jason) Brink, Sara Bergakker, Lee (Becky) Bergakker, Abigail Bergakker, Amy (Josh) Velik, Jodi Rupp, and Josh (Kari) Bergakker; 18 great-grandchildren; sister, Dorothy (Roger) DeHaan; brother-in-law, Larry (Geneva) Bergakker; sisters-in-law Ruth Wierenga and Lavonne Maas.

The family would like to express their sincerest appreciation to all of the staff at Emmanuel Hospice who were involved in caring for Jeanette.

A time for visiting with family will be held from 10:30 a.m. - 12 p.m. Saturday, December 18, 2021 at Cook Memorial Chapel, 4235 Prairie Street SW, Grandville, Michigan, with a memorial service following at noon Pastors Lee Bergakker and Hank Vlaardingerbroek, officiating.
