He is survived by the light of his life, his son Jacob; parents, Phyllis and Jeffrey Looy, and Edward and Pat Barry; brother and sister-in-law, Mike and Becca Barry; and sister Cassie Barry; grandparents, Elvin and Bertha Hofstra; great grandma Julia VanPolen; uncles and aunts, Mike and Ruth Zuiderveen, Steve and Brenda Zuiderveen, Linda and Scott Vredevoogd, Ron and Judi Hofstra, Ruthe and Garry Mulder, Kathy and Dick Myers, Tom and Eddie Hofstra, Sheri and Ross Leisman, Richard Barry, Doris and Glen Cunningham; Jacob’s mother Jenny Radke; and many other loved cousins, relatives and friends.

The funeral service will be held on Saturday morning at 11 a.m. at the Cook Memorial Chapel, Grandville east building with Pastor Kent Rottman officiating.

Interment will be in Riverbend Cemetery.

Relatives and friends may meet his family Friday from 6 to 9 p.m. at the Cook Funeral Home 4235 Prairie SW - west building and Saturday from 10 a.m. until the time of the service.
